Wasn't there an episode of the Boondocks where Uncle Ruckus did the same thing?
Seriously, he can't be serious. Not to sound too disrespectful to the man' craft but his singing really sucks - even if it is for the Lord. It's not even old-timey gospel bad but pure guy-who-sings-a-gospel-song-at-amateur-night-at-the-Apollo-so-no-one-can-boo bad.
Well it looks like the Prez has his work cut off for him. Perhaps a cover album of the "Best of the SugarHill Gang." It has worked brilliantly for Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter.
